You can return items within 14 days of receiving the goods – no reason required, as long as the return conditions are met.

To ensure your return is accepted, please note the following:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

• Items must not be damaged or washed

• The return request must be made within 14 days

❌ Excluded Items
The following products are excluded from the return policy:

• Underwear & hygiene products

• Opened cosmetic products

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Sale/discounted items (only returnable if defective)

🔄 Return Process – Step by Step

• Our customer service will send you return instructions

• Pack the product securely and send it back to the specified address

• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days

💰 Refund

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method

• Shipping costs will only be refunded for damaged or incorrectly delivered items
